My passion to help people and my personal interest in real estate investments are just a couple reasons why I decided to join the Century 21 team here in Jaco. I am originally from Washington State, where I have worked in real estate investments and property management for the past five years. In 2005 I decided to expand my knowledge by learning the Spanish language and learning more about what I heard as being the hottest market in Central America. The market here in the Central Pacific of Costa Rica continues to grow and I am extremely excited to be a part of it all. I know firsthand investing internationally can be a challenging. I want to make sure that your experience is efficient, professional and successful.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
Many realtors in Costa Rica have little experience, professionalism, or understanding of real estate investments. It is very common to have realtors not return your messages for days, not have a real understanding of the market, and fail to provide the best service possible to the clients.
I focus on your needs. If you are looking for something specific I scan and search for all properties in the area, from for sale be owners, to other real estate offices. And since there is NO OFFICIAL MLS in Costa Rica this is a valuable service for you. I also pride myself in not just helping you find a property that is SAFE and not OVERPRICED, but providing you with great service.
